This is specifically for people that owe additional shipping charges for extras such as international purchases or "add on’s" or to upgrade shipping from one service to another quicker one. 

You will receive the amount you owe from us directly.  Please place this amount in the "quantity" section this will then calculate your additional shipping for every $1.

For example, if you received from us that you owe an additional $13.25 in shipping you would enter "13.25" in the quantity section here.  This will then show you the total in the cart as $13.25.  You will then proceed to the checkout to complete the purchase and pay.
