Items will ship either via United States Postal Service or UPS within 4-7 business days of receipt of payment unless otherwise noted in the item description. International orders may take longer to process. If you need an order within a specific time frame, please contact us.
Disclaimers: There may be a need for your items to ship in multiple packages, if this is the case you will not be charged anything extra. However, you will be notified of this prior to shipment.
We offer expedited shipping, however, we will not expedite your processing time unless you contact us and let us know you need your order expedited.
We try to ship everything promptly, however, situations may occur that may delay your shipment. IF this were to happen you would be notified immediately via E-mail. You will also receive a shipment notification when your item(s) ship.
Some items are notated that they may only be shipped via a certain method due to the fact that it may ship from a 3rd party. Please make sure you pay for this method only as you will not be reimbursed for overpayment of postage.
There may be ocassions when the shipping method you chose is not used for packaging reasons. We try to always ship via the method you select. If you absolutely will not accept another method, please email us this with your order.
Out of stock items- on ocassion items may become out of stock. In the event a particular color or style is out of stock you may receive a comparable substitute. If not, you will be refunded for items out of stock.
We reserve the right to charge for wrong delivery address correction charges for UPS shipments.

HOLIDAY and VACATION CLOSINGS

We are closed on all major holidays and will not process nor ship items on the following days as the United States Postal Service will not be open:
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr’s Birthday, Washington’s Birthday (President’s Day), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve
All other closings will be listed on our home page.

Expedited Shipping Services
We can ship items using expedited services through either USPS, UPS, or DHL. These options are given at checkout. If you pay extra for expedited services, please let us know if your item(s) need to ship immediately as these items still may take 4-7 business days to process.

International Shipping Services
NOW AVAILABLE--International shipping! We will now ship to all International countries and offer only trackable UPS and USPS Express services. Your items will ship generally within 7 days of receipt of payment. If you need them quicker, please notify us via email immediately after ordering.
International orders may take longer to process than the stated time frame above. If you need something within a specific time frame, please contact us.
There are NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS on International purchases. Please note that some items including Kidkraft, and some Wall Decorations/Borders CANNOT ship outside of the US. Most sections will indicate if items cannot ship International. Please view the main category page of each section to ensure if your item can ship to you outside of the US. If you are unsure, please email us at sales@tadbits.com to verify.
Purchases made via International buyers for items that CANNOT ship outside of the US are subject to a cancellation fee of 20%, so PLEASE check the categories to make sure your item can ship outside of the US or Canada.

Returns
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions :
-Item must be in the original condition it was in when it was shipped to you (cannot be opened and used, cannot be damaged in transit so be sure you pack items carefully) -We must be notified within 3 business days of delivery that you intend to return the item -We must receive the item no later than 7 days after you receive the item to guarantee your refund -If we do not receive the item back and you did ship it, we are not obligated to go on "your word" that it was shipped back. We suggest you obtain delivery confirmation for proof of delivery
We MUST be notified prior to items being returned to receive your refund. If you do not contact us before returning your items NO refund will be issued regardless. Returns must have a return authorization on the package.
Returns are accepted for any reason*! International purchases do not apply (see above).

Please keep in mind, we do NOT reimburse for postage on returned items but will refund your purchase price less the re-stocking fee* upon receipt of the item. You will be refunded by the same means you paid for the item. If payment was made with money order or cashier check your refund will be a business check. *see below

Military Addresses
We gladly ship to military addresses. The USPS now allows delivery confirmation on these shipments with priority mail shipments so you will have a delivery confirmation number upon shipment of your order. |

Cancelled Orders
Orders cancelled for any reason are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Customers who cancel orders will be refunded the purchase price less the 20% fee.

Duplicate Payments
Duplicate payments are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Customers who process their creidt card duplicate times in the order process will be refunded the purchase price less the 20% fee.
Paypal duplications are not subject to any fees for refunds. |
